Warranty Details

At EL3BS7 we aim to offer best quality products and intrenational brands to make sure that our customers recieve their products without any issues and to have long time usage without any problems.

All products are subjected to a 6 Months internal issue warranty, this warranty does not cover any misusage of the products.

Most of the lightnings sold inside our shop use power adapters which is picked carefully by the manufacturers, if the customer used wrong power adapter or pluged his product in a wrong power provider than the one mentioned in the instructions details the warranty does not cover that.

If you face any issues you can contact our customer support through our Whatsapp number, the team will evaluate the condition of the product and will guide you to solve the issue if it could be solved, and if not they will make sure that you get your full compensation which will be resending the product to you.
